Everybody knows the word Habibi but nobody knows 7abebti.

Arabic pop kissing electronic boom boom. Der Sound ist die Interpretation der Diaspora meines haarigen arabic Ass in dieser weißen Gesellschaft.

Komplett verwirrt wer oder was ich bin - der Sound es auch.

FLYSCH

Flysch besteht aus bewusst komponierten, rauschenden Elementen. Emotionale Intensität küsst einen euphorischen Duktus. Der Flysch Sound navigiert in Richtung experimentelle Popmusik, angereichert mit Elementen aus Ambient und Dub und den Sounds erweiterter Instrumente.

Die grazer Köpfe Finger und Zungen sind warscheinlich nicht allen ein Begriff, auch wenn ihre Glieder keine Unbekannten sind. Mit Martin Pfeiffer (Präpariertes Schlagzeug), Michi Eisl (Electronics, Taschen-Trompete) - Gottfried Krienzer (effektierte Nylonstring-Gitarre) und Catrin Manoli aka Cookie (Gesang) treffen wir vertraute Gesichter aus Bands wie Eberdreck, Hella Comet, Code Inconnu, oder The Striggles wieder.

un_a_live obduction creates sound via a live autopsy. The intensity of touch is transformed into information and sound. With a decolonialist approach, the power that humans have over other (non-)human animals is demonstrated. The voyeuristic stare at the autopsy is intended to awaken a horror show of confrontation with transience. Gazing at the internal organs and the flesh is supposed to weld itself into the minds of the viewers – like the awareness of what it means to be in a privileged position.
